Emergency Response Plans
Having a good emergency response plan (ERP) can mean the difference
between survival and failure. By definition, an emergency happens
without warning. The time to prepare is now, before it occurs.Your ERP needs to anticipate the circumstances that could pose a serious
threat to your employees or operations. A successful plan is crafted with
your specific situation in mind and considers the options you’ll have available.Just as important, it takes into account those options you may suddenly lose – a phone chain is worthless if the phone lines are down or jammed with other callers.
Additionally, even the most comprehensive plan will be useless when a crisis strikes if your staff are unaware of its existence or not trained in its implementation.
At Oppenheim Consulting, LLC, we understand the importance of testing and updating every plan we create and training your designated emergency response team in its execution.
If you don’t have an emergency response plan and a designated team, or have a plan you haven’t tested or recently updated, contact us today, we can help!
